I purchased this new about 5 years ago and used it occasionally. It's 38 centimeters long and weighs 2.4 kilograms. It has a clear coat over black paint, making it resistant to rust. I think it's perfect for upper body training in martial arts like Jukendo and Karate, as well as other sports (I used it in a similar way to a Koshti, and for wrist training in arm wrestling). At one point, I combined it with another smaller training bar using tape for wrist training. I removed the tape residue with sticker remover, but please be aware that there are some slight marks remaining (all stickiness has been removed). It has been disinfected with alcohol. Thank you.
