The back belt is missing, and one snap is damaged. I often wear a backpack, so I haven't had any problems without the belt. There is some dirt on the inside of the storage pouch. There is a name written on the inside name tag, which will be covered before shipping. It's size 90, but it can be worn until around age 4.
