Furthermore, production of each part has ceased, and no artisans in the atelier can produce it using this method, making it impossible to order even through special orders or bespoke services. Unlike regular shoes, this is a luxurious item made entirely by hand, with significant cost and effort invested from the upper to the insole and outsole. The large stitch that runs around the entire perimeter is hand-sewn by artisans in a French atelier, attaching the sole to the upper with a hand-sewn "squi" stitch. This significantly improves the flexibility when walking, providing a more comfortable fit compared to regular shoes. The outsole is made by Berluti's special order to the prestigious Italian Vibram company, with durable parts attached to patina leather and hand-sewn, creating a heavy-duty construction that won't budge no matter how much you wear them. The design is also by Madame Olga, featuring a stylish design that mimics the Berluti "B." The insole has four layers, unseen even in bespoke shoes, and uses comfortable Technogel material, also used by NASA. This has also been discontinued due to cost.
