This item has been stored at home for a long time. The cover has some damage. There is ink smudging and yellowing around the title. There are sunspots and stains as shown in the images. I believe it is in a condition suitable for use as a calligraphy model. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item, as it is very old.
