Although they are new and unused, there are small scratches and dirt. Since these are unbreakable plates, I believe they can be used safely by small children. The packaging has been discarded, so I assume they are not microwave-safe. Please purchase only if you understand and accept that they have been stored at home and have minor imperfections.
