These handmade cloth zori are carefully crafted by my grandmother, who puts in a lot of time and effort, from cutting the fabric to weaving them. Please refer to the size markings in the images. Zori are footwear where it's okay for the heel to extend out, so the size isn't something to worry about too much. Since the sole fabric won't be visible when you wear them, you might want to choose based on the color and pattern of the thong! When you first start wearing them, the thong area might feel tight, and some people might even find it painful, but they will gradually conform to your feet as you wear them. If they're loose from the start, the fabric will stretch out and become sloppy once they've broken in. Please understand this and purchase them with the understanding that there will be no complaints regarding this. I wear them all year round, and they feel great on bare feet. They're also hygienic because you can wash them in the washing machine (in a net) when they get dirty. Plus, they clean the floor! My grandmother was told by her cloth zori teacher that it's better to leave the edges untreated to pick up dust from the floor, so she has intentionally left them untreated since then.
