The front side is in relatively good condition overall considering its age. However, as it is a vintage item, there are some age-related scratches, minor imperfections, slight damage to the corners, and some soiling. The binder's instructions and the inside of the binder where they are stored show spot-like stains and soiling due to aging. Due to long-term storage, there is age-related discoloration characteristic of paper. Five refills are included. The refills have some yellowing due to age.
