Patagonia swimwear. I wore it when surfing. There are no inner pants or anything. I've used it quite a bit, but it's durable, so I think it can still be worn. A waist size of around 80cm or less is a reasonable fit. You can adjust it with the string even if it's about 5cm smaller. It's used, so please understand the condition and consider purchasing.
