This is a white and navy striped tunic from ORCIVAL (オーシバル) of France. Made in France. Features the ORCIVAL icon, a blue emblem on the left sleeve. Approximately 7cm slits on both sides of the hem. The size tag is faded and unreadable. I believe it is equivalent to a women's size M. Please refer to the actual measurements for details.
