This is genuine Oshima Tsumugi silk. It has a wide collar and is a lined kimono (awase). It is a Honba (authentic) indigo-dyed Oshima Tsumugi. The base color is not black, but a dark navy blue that is close to black. A large paulownia (kiri) pattern is woven throughout. There are no noticeable stains, but there is rust from a hook on the back of the collar. Also, there are faint stains on the lining (hakkake). Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such details (there may be minor, inconspicuous stains). Please refer to my profile and the following explanation regarding odors.
