LINER CUSTOM 6PANEL CAP This item is a custom 6-panel cap featuring a gourd-quilted liner. It has a standard, regular depth (medium profile) and a soft visor without a stiffener. The outer and lining fabrics are 100% nylon ripstop. Ripstop prevents tearing; the fabric surface has a grid-like pattern of interwoven fibers (lattice) sewn in to prevent further tearing if the fabric rips. The liner, with gourd-shaped quilting stitches, is filled with an appropriate amount of polyester batting, resulting in a lightweight and warm cap. The size can be adjusted with the elastic adjuster at the back of the head (fits heads up to approximately 61cm). The brim length is approximately 6.5cm. The brim is unstructured, so it can be folded without worrying about losing its shape, and it can be rolled up and put in a pocket. The brim is reinforced with stitching. Each panel is designed with eyelets for breathability. The inside has a simple construction without lining to improve breathability, and a sweatband is provided. The reinforcing piping tape that covers the seams of the six panels is intentionally placed to be visible, adding a design accent. It is a very lightweight and easy-to-carry, warm cap. ----- There is some slight soiling on the forehead area. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
