This is a used item. I have confirmed that it works with my Dreamcast console and controller! The "Purupuru Pack" (Vibration Pack) comes with a case, but the case has scratches and dirt. The "Purupuru Pack" itself doesn't show any significant damage. This is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about its condition. Instant purchase OK!
