This is a first-press limited edition 12-CD box set. It shows some signs of use, but I think it's in good condition. "Houses of the Holy," "In Through the Out Door," and "Coda" have been played almost once, while the others have been played 3 or 4 times. I haven't touched the liner notes for each album.
