This is homewear purchased on the Daimaru Living floor. It can be used with a T-shirt and bottoms worn underneath, except in mid-winter. It's the type that could pass for a quick trip to the convenience store. The design is a jumper skirt style that pulls over the head, with buttons up to the middle. It has white and navy stripes and seems to have some stretch. Material: 55% cotton, 45% composite fiber polyester. It looks like seersucker fabric, but please understand this is based on my amateur assessment. There are some areas where the stripe widths at the seams are not sewn to match perfectly. If you are concerned, you could pinch and sew those areas from the lining side to align them, but it was originally sewn that way, so I think it's fine.
