This is a one-owner item that I submitted for PSA grading myself. I put it in a sleeve immediately after it arrived. Even with PSA-graded items, there may be instances of white spots, scratches, or dents. There may also be foreign particles inside the case. Furthermore, the case may already have scratches or fingerprints upon return from PSA. Therefore, please check the photos for the condition.
