OKI C332dnw A4 Color Laser Printer I purchased this printer new and have been using it. Recently, the sound of the rollers has become loud and rattling, and there have been many instances of print smudges. I contacted OKI to request a repair, but they quoted me 30,000 yen just for the service call, so I replaced it with a more affordable Brother printer. The exterior is relatively clean as I covered it when not in use. The user manual shows signs of use. I am selling this as a junk item, but I think it can still be used if you don't mind the noise and smudges. On the phone, I was told it was likely the drum unit's lifespan, but upon checking for this listing, it showed 44% remaining. I have only used genuine toner.
