This is an ISSEY MIYAKE pleated jacket. It's thin, so it's perfect for spring. Because it's pleated, it's stretchy. There's no size label, but I think it would fit a size M~L. The collar is unique, and the shape is dolman-like and cute. No other flaws, I think it's relatively clean.
