Size: 38 This is a beautiful item, only tried on, but there are stains as shown in photos 4 and 5. I don't think they are very noticeable. There are ruffles and a ribbon at the chest, and it's very cute with blue and white stripes. It's wrinkled, so please purchase if you don't mind.
