tc electronic POLYTUNE 3 NOIR Pedal Tuner Power turns on. The tuner didn't react with just the input. I tried connecting the output as well, and the tuner reacted. Sound passes through in bypass mode, and the output is muted when the tuner is on. I can't determine if the above symptoms are normal, so I'm selling it as junk.
