Price not negotiable. Material: Porcelain 25.6 x 9.8 cm Unused, but as it is an outlet item, there are areas that look like air bubbles and scratches. Slight chip on the back (see image). I don't think there are any major stains or damage that would affect use, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things or are looking for a perfect item. Thank you.
