I have never used the item, but I opened and discarded the outer case, so I have listed it as "Like New." I opened the lid of the dedicated case for the first time to take pictures. I have not touched the nasal aspirator inside. Although it is unused, please purchase with the above in mind. I will ship via Yu-packet Post Mini.
