This item was made in a workshop of an NGO that was active in Cambodia. It is a traditional style craft item woven from brightly dyed rush grass and plant fibers. It has a button-shaped fastener on the right side and is designed to close by looping a string. It can be used as a cover for an A5-sized planner or notebook.
