This is a drawstring shiny scrunchie purchased from GOLDY. It has an adjuster and is adjustable. I removed the tag intending to use it, but I only tried it on and haven't used it. It's very cute, but it doesn't suit me, so I'm selling it. I will ship it with water damage protection. Please be sure to comment before purchasing.
