I purchased this six years ago. It's generally clean, but there are some stains as shown in the photos (photos 6-10). I wiped down the entire item with water before listing it. It's still usable, and I think it's still in good condition overall, so I hope someone who needs it will continue to use it. I plan to pack it by deflating it and folding it.
