This is a special fishing net (tamamo net) for Japanese glass eels (shirasu-unagi). The stainless steel frame has an angled opening at the tip, and it's a square, bowl-shaped, moderately deep net. The approximate size of the net is: 18cm (length, including the diagonal part) x 16cm (width), with a depth of 6-7cm. It's a square, bowl-shaped design. The net uses 20-mesh netting with a wire diameter of 0.29, and the net is secured with stainless steel wire before the adhesive is applied.
