I purchased three items from Hiraki, but since only I used them, I'm putting them up for sale. Both the top and bottom are brand new and unused. They're very convenient because you can use the full set in heavy rain, or just the top in light rain. They also dry quickly; even if you use them in the morning, they're dry by the afternoon.
