There is some wear and tear from years of use, but there are no major damages like tears. The zipper pulls have deteriorated, and the rubber is sticking to the fabric (please see the images), but there are no problems with use. I bought this over 10 years ago, but it's in good condition for its age, and I think it's a good item. The size is listed as S, but it's an American size, so it should fit someone who usually wears a size M.
