It's from about 25 years ago and was made by Choya Co., Ltd., who handled the brand at the time. It was found during a closet clean-out. It's new, still with the price tag and garment cover. The price tag was tattered and unreadable, so I disposed of it, but the item itself is in like-new condition. I won't be wearing it, so I'm putting it up for sale.
