Purchased new for around 20,000 yen and used for about a month. Used about 5 times. I am selling it because the size didn't fit and I bought another jacket. There are no issues with the power, but there is some slight wear around the neck. How about it for practice? I can usually ship it the next day. Negotiation for a slight discount is possible.
