The skirt has plenty of fabric, creating a lovely flared silhouette. The back of the waist has elastic. It has pockets on both sides. It's lined and not see-through. I believe it's in good condition, but as I'm a private seller, there might be some oversight. Please consider purchasing only if you understand that this is a pre-owned item and that it has been stored at home.
