The mop set includes two types of mops for both wet and dry use, a head, and a handle. Each mop uses Norwex's unique super-microfiber, allowing for easy cleaning with just water and the power of the fibers, without using chemicals or detergents. This fiber is made by further processing ultra-fine fibers that are 1/100th the thickness of a human hair, resulting in a fineness of 1/500th the thickness of a human hair. The cloths can be wrung out with water and used to wipe, powerfully removing dirt and have been tested to remove 99.9% of O-157, Staphylococcus aureus, and E. coli (certified by the Japan Textile Inspection Association). It seems that these are also used in hospitals, schools, and nurseries in Norway. It appears that they were also introduced and sold on TV shopping channels.
