This is the Face Steamer NB5090. I've only used it once for about 10 minutes, just to try it out. It comes with the instruction manual and box. It seems to be a popular item. The warm steam mode releases warm steam to open pores and soften the skin, making it easier to remove stubborn makeup. The mist mode allows you to add toner and use toner mist for ample hydration. The retail price seems to be around 30,000 yen. It appears to be sold on "Tsuhan Seikatsu" (Mail Order Life) as well. I received this as a gift, but I'm not using it, so I'm putting it up for sale.
