Dress only. Purchased a few years ago and worn twice at the park. The dress is approximately size M-L and is stretchy. I wore it cinched at the waist with safety pins. There are wrinkles from storage and some fraying at the waist, but I will ship it as is. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as this is a personal inspection and home storage.
