This is a Tilz Horn Mouthpiece CE1. This is a European shank. Instant purchase is OK. This is Christoph Eß's signature model. I purchased it online and am selling it because I mistakenly bought an American shank. There is no box. I have used it a few times. There are scratches on the shank.
