This is a decorative large plate with "誠実" (sincerity) written in capital letters. It has gold glitter and shines, brightening up your room. There is a very small chip on the rim in one spot, but it is not noticeable. There is some unevenness in the gold color on the back, but I believe it is likely due to sun exposure.
