I used this from the middle of my pregnancy, when my belly started to show, until just before my due date. The part that goes over the belly is sewn in a three-dimensional way, so it fits well and I liked the feeling of support it provided. The belt crosses at the lower back, supporting both the belly and the lower back at the same time. This was originally a set with a belly band, but the belly band shows some wear, so I am only selling the maternity support belt.
