I believe this is a remote control that was used with a VALUE STAR desktop computer. It looks clean, but since I can't confirm its operation, I'm selling it as junk. When batteries are inserted, a battery icon appears (see photo 3). It will be shipped without batteries. Please check the photos carefully before purchasing. Thank you for looking.
