One shirt was worn twice, and the other once. Both have been washed about twice. Both original paper tags are included. The hospital advised a Velcro type instead of buttons, so I repurchased. There are some fold wrinkles from washing, but there appear to be no stains. I apologize if I missed anything. They are front-opening, so they should be easy to use.
