This is a doll of Ibaraki Prefectural Police's official character, Hibarikun, and a Dr. Grip mechanical pencil, I think! I believe it's a mechanical pencil, but I'm not sure because it's still in the box! Looking at the tip, it seems to be a mechanical pencil! It's new and unused, still in the box! The mechanical pencil is still in its box, but the box appears to have aged over time! The mechanical pencil inside is unused and should be in good condition! The doll was displayed on a bookshelf for a long time, but it was covered, so there is no sun damage! It's a plush doll, approximately 26cm tall! It can stand on its own! It was kept on a bookshelf, so it's in good condition. However, as shown in the last photo of the doll, the emblem on the hat is coming off! Please be aware of this before purchasing!
