These are not mass-produced using molds (pouring clay into a mold to create identical items), but rather porcelain roses that are carefully finished one petal at a time by artisans. Because they are handmade, no two of the 12 pieces in a set are exactly alike, and they are expensive despite their small size. Porcelain roses are famous from Herend, Demain, and LLADRO. Please refer to images 8 and 9 for examples of how to use them. Porcelarts customers can use them as accents on boxes, photo frames, decorative plates, etc. Because they have delicate petals, please avoid using them on everyday tableware.
