I believe it disappeared in the early 2000s after the bubble era. This shirt is probably from around the 90s, as Ferré was popular in Japan during the bubble period. The style is similar to those from the 50s and 60s. It's a shadow check open collar shirt. It has a nice check pattern with beige, brown, and gray colors. You probably won't see anyone else wearing this, and it has a great pattern, so I recommend it. The fit and actual size are about the same as a Wacko Maria L size.
