This is a hoodie from the band "Odottetebaraino Kuni" (Dancing Country). It was made to order, so I believe it's quite rare. I haven't had many chances to wear it, so it's in good condition. The color is black and the design is understated, making it easy to wear everyday. The fabric is quite thick.
