This is a vintage iittala Kuusi (fir tree) glass plate (23cm). The surface of the base features a depiction of coniferous trees, a design that seems to capture the nature of Finland. ⚪︎Design: Jorma Vennola ⚪︎Size: Diameter approx. 23cm x Height approx. 1.6cm ⚪︎Production Era: Around the 1980s ⚪︎Manufacturing Factory: Finland The moderate size makes it extremely versatile. It would be lovely used as a dish for vegetables, fish, sashimi, or carpaccio. While there isn't much evidence of use, there are fine scratches on the surface and around the edges. (See images 5-9) Otherwise, there are no noticeable strong scratches, stains, chips, or cracks.
