This is a Cutie Moon Rod that was released a while ago from Premium Bandai. (I apologize if the name is incorrect.) I had it on display in my room, but I'm selling it to declutter. It used to make sounds, but it no longer does. There is no box, and it's just the item itself, so I'm selling it at a low price. I don't see any noticeable scratches or stains, but upon close inspection, there are some slight scuffs, so it's listed as having some damage. Please understand.
