This is a pair of armbands featuring Dokin-chan and Kokin-chan. They make a jingling sound like a rattle when shaken. Limited edition from the Anpanman Museum. There is some dirt (scuffing) on the part that was wrapped around the stroller, but there is no noticeable dirt on the faces, and they can be wrapped around the arms without any problems.
