This is a handmade wind chime combining four colors of capiz shells – yellow, light green, emerald, and transparent – with beige and gold charms and beads. For the first time, the shells are partially layered, and leaf charms have been added. Despite the variety of approaches, the overall impression is soft and gentle in color. The capiz shell section is approximately 64cm long. A total of 62 shells are connected with fishing line. Transparent shells: 5cm x 25 pieces, 2.5cm x 13 pieces; Yellow: 7 pieces; Light Green: 10 pieces; Emerald Green: 7 pieces. The colors are grouped in stages to create a beautiful gradation. (As shown in the photos, the transparency of the shells varies depending on their thickness.) In addition to layering the shells, there are parts with 12 overlapping gold filigree plates. Although not very noticeable, the edges of the small layered shells have gold accents. The connections use beige round charms with sunflowers, horseshoe charms, and bead-like pearl beads. The hanging part is made by wrapping brown hemp twine around a wooden stick. The wooden stick is 30cm long. The twine is about 29cm long (the center part when hung), making it quite long.
