There is some dirt on the item as it was stored in a pencil case. I will clean it as much as possible before shipping, but some may remain. The remaining amount is as shown in the images. There is a possibility of miscounting or that other light blue leads are mixed in. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I will ship via regular mail to prevent damage.
