The edges have a cute picot stitch finish ♡ It can be rotated 360° for use!!! The neck opening uses elastic, making it easy to put on and take off ☺︎ It was very useful for my active child. Fabric: cotton Neck circumference: elastic (approx. 28cm) 　　　The elastic is made a bit large, so 　　　please adjust the length to fit your child's neck. The length from the neck down is about 8cm.
