Coach Jacket Made from Surplus Fabric This coach jacket is made from surplus taslan nylon fabric used for our 5-Pocket Shorts and 5-Pocket Pants. For the 2025 Spring/Summer models, we switched the water-repellent treatment on our taslan nylon from the conventional C6 DWR to C0 DWR. To avoid discarding the remaining fabric left in our warehouse due to this change in water-repellent specifications, we revisited our "sustainable manufacturing" approach from last year and re-produced the coach jacket.
