This is a gift: a commemorative badge/pin from the 30th Sapporo Snow Festival, featuring the work of Taro Okamoto. The design on the front, featuring Mr. Okamoto's work, appears to be in good condition. However, on the back, around the lettering and the pin itself, there is some verdigris. The pin is slightly bent. However, there seem to be no issues with attaching the pin.
